NEW ORLEANS ENTREPRENEUR WEEK

NOEW 2025

New venue. New partnership. New energy.

How TVC helped New Orleans Entrepreneur Week get 75M+ impressions, dozens of sponsors, new attendees, and an expanded footprint.

The Challenge

A decade-old institution was entering a pivotal moment.

New Orleans Entrepreneur Week (NOEW) had long been a staple in the Gulf South’s innovation economy; a place where founders, funders, and doers came together. But 2025 marked a turning point.

The move to Loyola University’s campus and a new co-production partnership with Loyola’s Center for Entrepreneurship and Development required a shift in tone, audience, and storytelling.

The goal? Broaden the tent without losing the soul.

That’s where we came in.

TVC dove in headfirst, working to understand the history, the players, and what the community was looking for. We discovered a key insight: NOEW was maturing into something bigger. It needed to realign with where the city and its entrepreneurial ecosystem were headed.

This was going to be about amplifying what made NOEW special to both reach new audiences and honor its entrepreneurial roots. And with Loyola coming in as the host partner and co-producer, we wanted to embrace NOEW’s educational dimension.

Our "Marketing Lighthouse" became clear: Position NOEW 2025 as the Gulf South's premier entrepreneurship event that bridges education and innovation, connecting the next generation of leaders.

Our Insight

The Approach

We built NOEW’s campaign around four core themes that would resonate across all audiences. This gave the attendees an easy way to navigate the programming and content, making the event more personal and impactful.

  • Start It Here: Highlighting New Orleans as a launchpad for new ventures

  • Scale It Here: Showcasing growth strategies and expansion opportunities

  • Business of the Future: Exploring climate tech, culture tech, and health innovation

  • (Not So) Artificial Intelligence: Demystifying AI for practical business applications

Our comprehensive approach touched every critical touchpoint.

Our Work: Content Strategy

Our content strategy focused on high-impact tactics designed to drive engagement:

  • Messaging pillars tailored to different audience segments

  • Speaker-focused Reels and carousel posts to tell our story and introduce the key players

  • Real-time event coverage and behind-the-scenes content

  • Cross-promotional content with community and media partners

Our Work: Strategic Partnerships

Our goals required more than traditional marketing tactics; we needed authentic community buy-in.

TVC developed a strategic partner program focused on several of the largest ecosystem partners along with numerous community organizations. This strategy transformed these organizations from passive participants into true collaborators.

This approach created a complete citywide footprint, with programming spanning 33 venues across New Orleans. Rather than a single-location event, NOEW became a celebration of the entire entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Results & Impact

TVC's campaign exceeded the registration target, achieving 105% of the goal several key wins:

  • 56.5% first-time attendees, successfully broadening the tent

  • 53% active founders, with 18% aspiring entrepreneurs

  • 8 lead partners contributing meaningful programming and citywide reach

  • 30 sponsors supporting the expanded vision

  • 132 speakers across 63 sessions and 3 stages

  • 75M+ earned media impressions across local and national outlets

NOEW 2025 proved that evolution doesn't require revolution. By respecting the event's entrepreneurial DNA while expanding its academic and educational mission, we created a blueprint for sustainable growth.

  • "Working with TVC for New Orleans Entrepreneur Week (NOEW) 2025 was an absolute pleasure - their creativity, vision, and energy brought the event to life. NOEW wouldn't have had the impact it did without their hard work to help make the event exciting and seamless. We're excited to work with TVC again for 2026 and beyond!"

  • “Working with The Vault Collective has been an absolute joy, and massively amplified the impact and capacity of our small team. After 3 years of leading New Orleans Entrepreneur Week (NOEW), we needed support to match the growing brand and complexity of our event. But beyond brand and marketing partners, Lisa and her team are strategic thinkers and thought partners on every level. They won’t hesitate to tell you what they think, but truly have helped us get to the heart of our purpose and goals, communicate that vision and message more widely, and help take the event to new heights. More than that, they’re just so friendly, easy, and fun to work with. I can’t wait to hire them again on the next project!”
